1. Using AskAstro

AskAstro connects customers with independent, verified astrologers for chat, voice, and video consultations. Consultations are for entertainment and guidance purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Wallet & billing

Consultations are billed from your AskAstro wallet. Chat requires a minimum balance of ₹20 to start (top-ups start at ₹20); your first 2 minutes are free. After that chat is billed at one flat rate — ₹9 per 2 minutes, the same for every astrologer and every chat, whatever amount you topped up — deducted automatically so the conversation is not interrupted. Voice and video calls are ₹30 per 3 minutes and have no free window. Charging stops when you end the session or when your balance can no longer cover the next window. Promotional wallet coupons, where offered, are one-time per customer and credited automatically once payment is confirmed. Wallet top-ups are processed via UPI through Razorpay.

3. Astrologer conduct

Astrologers on AskAstro are independent professionals, verified by our team before onboarding. AskAstro does not guarantee the accuracy of any specific reading or prediction.

4. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One free consultation is offered per customer account.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AskAstro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
