1. Using AskAstro

AskAstro connects customers with independent, verified astrologers for chat, voice, and video consultations. Consultations are for entertainment and guidance purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Wallet & billing

Consultations are billed in prepaid packs (currently ₹20 per 3 minutes for chat, ₹30 per 3 minutes for voice/video calls) deducted from your AskAstro wallet. Your first chat consultation is free. Wallet top-ups are processed via UPI through Razorpay.

3. Astrologer conduct

Astrologers on AskAstro are independent professionals, verified by our team before onboarding. AskAstro does not guarantee the accuracy of any specific reading or prediction.

4. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One free consultation is offered per customer account.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AskAstro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
