Refund Policy

1. Wallet top-ups

Money added to your AskAstro wallet can be used for any consultation (chat, voice, or video) with any astrologer — it doesn't expire.

2. Completed consultations

Once a chat or call pack is used to connect with an astrologer, that amount is not refundable — the astrologer's time has already been provided.

3. Failed or undelivered sessions

If you were charged for a pack but the astrologer never connected due to a technical issue on our end, contact support with your consultation details and we'll credit the amount back to your wallet.

4. Duplicate or failed payments

If a wallet top-up payment was deducted by your bank/UPI app but not credited to your AskAstro wallet, it is automatically reconciled and credited shortly after; if it isn't, contact support with your payment reference.
