1. What we collect

Account details (name, email or phone, date/time/place of birth if you use birth chart features), consultation messages, and wallet transaction history — only what's needed to provide the service.

2. How we use it

To connect you with astrologers, process wallet top-ups via Razorpay, compute your birth chart and compatibility reports, and send you consultation-related notifications.

3. Who can see it

Your consultation messages are visible only to you and the astrologer you're speaking with. Your birth details are used only to generate your own reports and are never shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Payment data

AskAstro does not store your card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials — payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment partner.

5. Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
